2019 Triangle Organization Development Annual Conference, April 02

Date: April 02, 2019

Time: 8:30 am

What does it mean to be a leader today? Are the current leadership methods and techniques as effective as they need to be? Or, is a fundamentally different way of leading required to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing, interdependent world?

Transformation is hard and complex. It is easy to feel overwhelmed and confused by the immensity of the challenge and the volume of new information and techniques claiming to offer the answers. The goal of this event is to help you see the big picture and gain a full, integrated understanding of leadership for transformation. What are the core capacities leaders need to tackle known problems as well as unanticipated challenges just on the horizon? What is the pathway forward from where and how we are now, to where and who we need to be?

This conference is designed as a collective learning experience. The speakers, all with significant depth in leadership, culture change and transformation, will serve as expert guides on this journey of mutual discovery. The MC for the event, Paul Damiano, will act as the chief navigator connecting the pieces throughout the day and helping us create a map to capture our shared learning.
